    Our company, a leader in thehospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, andhighly organized Permanent Executive Assistant. This vital rolewill provide comprehensive administrative support to multipleC-suite executives, ensuring the smooth running of our fast-pacedand exciting office environment. This position is ideal for aproactive individual with a strong work ethic who thrives in ahigh-energy, results-driven setting. The successful candidate willhave a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,preferably with hospitalityexperience.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintainexecutives' schedules, appointments, and travelarrangements.
    • Coordinate logistics of executiveteam programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, specialprojects, and events.
    • Prepare and editcorrespondence, communications, presentations, and otherdocuments.
    • File and retrieve documents andreference materials.
    • Conduct research, assembleand analyze data to prepare reports anddocuments.
    • Manage and maintainexecutives' schedules, appointments, and travelarrangements.
    • Arrange and coordinate meetingsand events.
    • Monitor, screen, respond to anddistribute incoming communications.
    • Liaise withinternal staff at all levels and interact with externalclients.
    • Coordinate project-based work andreview operating practices and implement improvements wherenecessary.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degreerequired.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience asan Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-suiteexecutives.
    • Hospitality experience ispreferred.
    • Exceptional organizational skillsand the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meetdeadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
    • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, PowerPoint, andExcel).
    • Ability to work independently andwithin a team on special and ongoingprojects.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and theability to make decisions underpressure.
    • Ability to handle confidentialinformation with discretion.
    • Excellentinterpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships withstakeholders, including staff, board members, and externalpartners.
    • Demonstrated proactive approaches toproblem-solving with strong decision-makingcapability.
