    Description

    PositionOverview: As a Kitchen Equipment Sales Executive you willplay a crucial role in our sales team focusing on sellingcommercial kitchen appliances to hotels caterers and cloudkitchens. Additionally you will be responsible for securingbusiness for annual maintenance contracts for kitchen appliancemaintenance and commissioning services. Your primary objective willbe to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsunderstand their needs and offer tailored solutions to meet theirrequirements.

    Responsibilities:

    1. SalesGeneration: Identify and approach potential clients inthe hospitality industry including hotels caterers and cloudkitchens to promote and sell our range of commercial kitchenappliances andequipment.
    2. ClientRelationship Management: Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing and prospective clients understandingtheir business needs and providing customized solutions to meettheirrequirements.
    3. ProductKnowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of ourproduct offerings including commercial kitchen appliances such asovens refrigerators dishwashers and cooking equipment andeffectively communicate their features and benefits toclients.
    4. ProposalPreparation: Prepare and present proposals and quotationsto clients outlining the specifications of the equipment pricingdetails and terms of sale with the aim of securing orders andcontracts.
    5. AnnualMaintenance Contracts (AMCs): Promote and sell annualmaintenance contracts for kitchen appliance maintenance andcommissioning services ensuring clients understand the value andbenefits of regular maintenance for theirequipment.
    6. MarketResearch: Stay updated on industry trends competitoractivities and market developments providing insights andrecommendations to the sales team to help drive sales strategiesandinitiatives.
    7. SalesReporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activitiesincluding client interactions sales orders and revenue generatedand provide regular reports to management on sales performance andprogress towardstargets.


    Requirements

    • Minimum5years UAE experience in sales preferably in the hospitalityindustry or selling commercial kitchenequipment.
    • Strong understanding ofcommercial kitchen appliances and equipment their features andfunctionalities.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport with clients and effectively convey product information andvalue propositions.
    • Resultsdrivenwith a track record of achieving sales targets and driving businessgrowth.
    • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively as part of a sales team with aproactive and selfmotivatedapproach.
    • Willingness to travel asrequired to meet with clients and attend industry events andexhibitions.
    • UAE driving license ismandatory
    • Bachelors degree or equivalentqualification in business marketing or a relatedfield.


    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industryor selling commercial kitchen equipment. Strong understanding ofcommercial kitchen appliances and equipment, their features, andfunctionalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectivelyconvey product information and value propositions. Results-drivenwith a track record of achieving sales targets and driving businessgrowth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as partof a sales team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attendindustry events and exhibitions. Bachelor's degree or equivalentqualification in business, marketing, or a relatedfield.
