• Recipe Tester:  Award Winning James Beard, Leite"s Culinaria.  Critiqued recipe cookbooks for spelling, cooking/baking technique, clarity of instructions, access to local ingredients, and taste by creating recipes by famous American, European, and Celebrity Chefs.
• Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Studio:  Ms. Winfrey's guests included Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Sean Combs - guests and staff were intrigued by my chocolate treats!
•  Auditioned for 'Sweet Life" a new series on the Food Network Channel in the US
• Commissioned to make chocolate sweets for a print ad  for “Gourmet Garden”  (found in all major grocery stores in the US)
• Official Chocolatier of Bastille Day for the Paris American Chamber of Commerce and the Paris Embassy.
• Master Chocolatier Certification 
• next TV – Season 2:  Chocolatier Robyn Rice-Foster “Someone You Need to Know”  Chicago Urban League hosted by TV personality and journalist Cheryl Burton of Channel 7 Eyewitness News ABC 7 Chicago.

2012:

• Official Chocolatier for the Opening Gala of the Paris Opera Ballet;  at the Harris Theater,  in Chicago she wowed the gala committee, patrons, and French delegates with her amazing truffles Milk Chocolate Sweet Potato Pie™, Dark chocolate Absinthe and Fennel™, and Dark Chocolate Trilogy™
• Won 2nd  World of Chocolate Competition covenant title of World of Chocolate Business Class I 

2013-2014:

• Nominated for a James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef-Chicago, the Oscar of the Culinary World.
• Official Chocolatier for Fashion Week Chicago, Henri Bendel  located in the iconic Water Tower on the Magnificent Mile in Chicago
• Creator of “The Culinary Chicks in Chicago” a food blogging site about places to eat and visit in Chicago.  Chicago Chocolate Tours pop–up Chocolatier  at various locations in Chicago Gold Coast and trendy Lincoln Park (similar to JBR shops and Dubai Mall)

• Debut La Parisianne du Chocolat – Award Winning Chocolate BBQ Sauce and Southern American Desserts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi during the holiday seasons.
• ARTE Market – Time Square, Dubai, UAE:  Chocolate Truffle Cookies
• Thanksgiving Dinner –  Southern American Style:  Palm Jumeirah, Dubai (50 guests) all the traditional foods and desserts served during a Southern Thanksgiving meal
• Christmas in Uganda:  Orphanage in Uganda (1,000 butter cookies)

2017:

• Remy Martin 1738 Appetizer Competition- Seared Duck Sausage with Chocolate, Blueberries, and Remy Martin 1738.  Honorable Mentioning by Remy Martin. 

2018:

• Launched “The Culinary Chick in the Middle East” food blogging site of Middle Eastern Cuisine in the UAE and from traveling adventures.
• Experimenting with developing new chocolate and pastries based upon fruit and vegetables with a twist on Southern American comfort desserts. 
• Miss Robyn’s Cakes and Pies, Abu Dhabi, creating good old-fashioned southern desserts Made with Love™   Debut Pecan Pie and Caramelized Bananas, Dates, and Walnuts during the One-Piece Concept Anniversary  Party, Shams Boutik, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi
• Debuted Chocolate BBQ Sauce, Chocolate Vinaigrette, and Butters at ARTE Market, Time Square, Dubai
