    The Opportunity:

    As part of the dynamic OpenText Professional Services (PS) team, the PS Program Manager plays a vital role in delivering global enablement programs and managing the PSPM methodology for customer projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define, deliver, and enhance the Professional Services enablement strategy.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs for program improvements.
    • Work on aligning existing programs across the organization for maximum impact.
    • Manage and enhance the PSPM methodology for customer engagements.
    • Monitor program effectiveness and industry trends regularly.
    • Perform varied program management tasks as needed.

    What it takes:

    • 7+ years of experience in program and project management.
    • Proven track record in designing and executing successful programs.
    • Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
    • Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
    • Passion for learning and quick adaptation to new skills.
    • Technical background with knowledge of HTML and multimedia fundamentals.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Bachelor's degree and certification in Project Management (optional).
