    Description

    Responsibilities

    Theprimary responsibilities in this role are to be the goto Amazonexpert successfully leading the daytoday the Amazon campaigns; actas the central hub of collaboration and problem solving acrossvarious departments/resources including senior level colleagues andsenior level business leaders at the client while deliveringagainst aggressive client objectives

    *AmazonMedia Management**

    Oversees and guides Amazonsearch and DSP program for enterpriselevel client managing multiplelines of business

    Main point of contact forclient thirdparty vendors and internal departments for mattersinvolving paid search in that unit

    Dailyinperson or email/phone communication with client and internaldepartments managing other digital services for client

    Oversees work of analysts under guidance of accountleadership

    Contributes to the development andexecution of market strategies for Amazon campaigns includingdeveloping strategic roadmaps test plans and risk/benefit analysis;as well as analyzing results and developing actionableinsights

    Responsible for translating objectivesfrom client and account leadership and translating into strategyand tactics for Amazon campaign

    Analysis ThoughtLeadership & Communication

    Employsanalytical reasoning data analysis and problemsolving skills toeffectively and efficiently manage campaigns

    Demonstrates thought leadership and professionalcommunication skills by developing and delivering client facingmaterials such as presentations Point of Views business cases andperformance reports

    Provides proactive management andcoaching of Analysts supporting account; effectively communicatingtask execution and timeline requirements strategic guidance andconstructive feedback to aid in their growth in their corefunctional areas or responsibilities

    Responsiblefor performance evaluations and feedback

    Actively monitors and shares industry news onlinemarketing trends industry tools and internal crossteam keylearnings often on the fly at the clients request

    Works comfortably in dynamic time intensive environmentswhere consistent fire drills and competing priorities arecommonplace

    Uses interpersonal skills toinfluence customers suppliers and other comparable levelmanagers.

    Qualifications

    4years of Amazon Media experience preferably on the Agency side andrelevant to eRetail/CPG

    Experience in AmazonSponsored Ads Amazon DSP and Retail

    Strongprofessional presence and communicationskills

    Support /overseeproject/accounts

    Comprehensive data analysis andproblem solving skills; able to draw conclusions and with guidanceyou are able to devise strategic recommendations based onfindings

    Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivottables vlookups and chart building

    Uses acquiredexpertise and knowledge to solve business challenges and providefocus to subordinates
