    Yourexpertise

    • strong communication (oral andwritten), presentation andorganizational
    • Ability to work with seniorstakeholders and team members across allareas
    • Strong interpersonal and communicationskills; comfortable in facing off to people at all levels ofseniority; good at building a network of contacts across thebusiness, logistics and control functions and within the businessmanagement team
    • Ability to understand newissues and processes quickly and determine priorities and solutionsbased on business need and benefit
    • Excellentanalytical skills along with excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
    • Ability to remain calmunder pressure and to adapt to a quickly changing environment anddeal with ambiguity
    • Strong focus, drive andcommitment and track record in getting jobs done on time and to ahigh standard
    • Degree (or equivalent)

    Preferred:

    Priorexperience in a Business Management function or a logistics orcontrol function within an Investment Bank

    Youare:

    • experienced indelivering against milestones on a timely basis and to a highstandard running under limitedsupervision
    • comfortable working independently,as well as in a collaborative environment
    • ableto balance the importance of a medium/long term portfolio againstthe urgency of day to day demands
