Office Boy

The Office Boy will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the office.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance:
Keep the office premises clean, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Ensure all areas are tidy and presentable.

Refreshments and Supplies:
Prepare and serve refreshments to employees and guests. Monitor and replenish office supplies such as beverages, snacks, and stationery.

Assist with Administrative Tasks:
Support various departments with basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.

Meeting Room Setup:

Arrange meeting rooms for various company activities, ensuring they are equipped with necessary materials and are clean and organized.

Errands and Deliveries:

Run errands outside the office, such as bank deposits, picking up supplies, and handling other delivery tasks as needed.

Document Handling:
Assist in the delivery and collection of documents to and from other departments or external partners.

Office Security:
Monitor and report any security concerns or unauthorized personnel to the appropriate authorities.

Assist in Office Events:
Support in organizing and setting up for company events, meetings, and other functions.

Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office premises.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role is a plus.

Physical fitness for manual tasks and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., photocopier, scanner) is advantageous.

Good verbal communication skills.

Well-organized with a proactive approach to tasks.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
