• Maintain A.M.C reports, assign sub contractors, snag list, variations and release of payments.
• Building maintenance, common area inspection, Quotations for technical works.
• Analyze building related hazards and report to management ASAP.

• Preparation of BOQ, Estimates, follow-up for LPO for approved works
• Procurement of material from trusted supplier and as per standard
• Assign technicians for the work with deadline and scope of works
• Preparation of Variationreports & Snag list for sub contractors.
• Follow-up with facilities suppliers like Lifts, Swimming pools, Fire safety and pest control and issue notice to tenants accordingly

  Submission of Before/After pictures to management for all works.
• An incisive professional with 6 years of experience as a Facilities engineer , P.M.C( Project Management Consultant) & Site Engineer.

• M.Tech(Masters) Structural Engineering from Al Habeeb Collegeof Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad in 2019.

• B.E(Bachelors) Civil Engineering from M.J College of Engineering and Technology
