Experience Details: 1. Working as a Chief Engineer in Radisson Hotel Dubai DAMAC Hills (4*), Dubai. DURATION: Jan -2020 to date.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Successfully opened the hotel (481 keys) with minimal snagging within the specified period.
 Highlighted the Major design defects in Hot water systems, MEP systems & FLHSS systems and got them rectified by the project team. Those led to huge savings in HLP and Guest experience.
 Part of the team achieved the Top 10% of hotels in Dubai.
 Achieved 20% HLP savings through various energy-saving plans without GRMS & proper BMS system.
 Trained all staff to develop multi-personal skills by minimising guest room complaints and improved the Engineering team’s efficiency.
2. Worked as a Chief Engineer in Radisson Blu Hotel (5*), Ajman. DURATION: April - 2017 to Dec-2019.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Successfully opened the hotel with minimal snagging within the specified period.
 Part of the team achieved the Top 3 hotels in Ajman and the Top 3 in guest Surveys.
 Achieved 30% energy conservation through various energy-saving plans.

FIELDWORK SPECIALIZATION:

3. Worked as an Assistant Chief Engineer in Movenpick Hotel (5*), JLT, DUBAI. DURATION: April - 2014 to March - 2017.
FIELDWORK SPECIALIZATION:  Assist the Director of engineering in day-to-day operations.  Maintain a complete, updated reference system of all technical documentation manuals, spare parts, as-built drawings and information pertaining to installed equipment.  Manage and supervise two separate teams for Hotel and Residential.  Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel.
 Perform daily checks around the hotel.  Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required.  Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel.  Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers.  Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are safe and act when any unsafe situations arise.  Coordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scope of the project, and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed cost-effectively.  Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Engineering for the health and safety of the hotel.  To ensure all equipment and machinery preventive maintenance through Maintenance software (DYNAwin) as per the procedure.  To prepare the duty roster and adjust the workforce while emergencies.  Operation and maintenance of 1000 kVA diesel generator, water treatment plants, Swimming Pools, CMS system, Fire Alarm and Firefighting system, Heat exchangers, AHU, FCU and all HVAC systems.  Maintaining all records for the municipality as per local policies.  Preparation and maintaining of HACCP records and ensuring maintenance of kitchen equipment.  The Hotel Health and safety policy, operation standards and departmental procedures.  Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation by conducting Fire Prevention Training Programs.  Ensure that Safety training is provided to staff and that proper safety practices are followed. 4. Worked as a Chief Engineer in Carlton Tower Hotel (4* Deluxe), DUBAI. DURATION: August - 2013 to March - 2014.
FIELDWORK SPECIALIZATION:
 Manage areas of operation to budget by reviewing operating statements, budget worksheets and payroll progress reports  Manage the department's controllable expenses to achieve budgeted goals.  Review and manage controllable expenses such as heat, light, power, water consumption, tools and equipment, groundskeeping supplies, uniforms, vendors, service agreements, etc.

FIELDWORK SPECIALIZATION:  Maintain a complete, updated reference system of all technical documentation manuals, spare parts, as-built drawings and information pertaining to installed equipment.  Install, test and maintain the electrical and electronic equipment using hand tools and power tools.  To prepare the duty roster and adjust manpower during emergencies.  Operation and maintenance of 600 kVA and 300 kVA diesel generators.  Operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, Hot water and steam boilers.  Operation and maintenance of Fire Alarm and Firefighting system, BMS and CMS system.  Operation and maintenance of Laundry equipment and kitchen equipment as per HACCP.  Operation and maintenance of Chillers, AHU, FCU and all HVAC systems.  The Hotel Health and safety policy and Procedures.  Ensure that Safety training is provided to staff and that proper safety practices are followed. DURATION: January- 2008 to Sep- 2010. – 3 years. FIELDWORK SPECIALIZATION:  Directed the installation of electrical wiring, conduit and electrical fixtures in high-raised Official and Residential buildings.  Analyze and work as per the Electrical drawing and Load schedule.  Well knowledge of Telecommunication systems (FOC) and TV systems.  Well knowledge of DEWA electricity rules.  Well knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems.  Well knowledge of Centralized Battery systems.
