Deft in performed a variety of laboratory-based sampling, testing, measuring, recording, and analyzing of results in the chemical, hematological, microbiological, and serological areas used in diagnosis, treatment,and prevention of disease. 
 

 Iam currently working in Research Institute of Medical and Health Sciences as a medical laboratory scientist.
-Preparing solutions and reagents for experiments , cell culture and maintaining, protein estimation, protein expression , Protein estimation , Protein expression using Western blotting techniques. RNA/DNA extraction from cells, tissues and whole blood . MTT Assay, Immunofluorescence staining, calcein staining for cancer cells treating with drugs.
-Analyzing samples using different software.
Working on Animal Experiments including transplantation ,injections, collecting organs and blood for experiments.
-Maintaining daily logs and equipment record book.
-Performing analysis on the samples according to company protocols, accurately documenting all findings, and inputting results into our database.
-Reporting any laboratory critical results and follow the steps mentioned in the policy.
-Preparing reagents, maintains an adequate supply of materials for test procedures and manages inventory to effectively reduce departmental waste and expense.

-Collecting ,receiving ,labelling and\or analyzing samples or substances using the correct testing equipment.
-Designing and executing laboratory testing in line with standard testing procedures, recording observations, and interpreting findings.
