Handle end-to-end recruitment process. Employee Induction, Training & development Programs and Prepare Employee Leave Plans. Handle Visa process to new visa, renew, cancellation and all other related works and well known in the UAE Labour Law. Assist in Staff Performance Appraisal Report and worked in HRMS systems ORISON & ERP software. Plan, Conduct, records & analyze Exit interviews. Handled the Dubai Municipality, Economic Development, Labor Case in court, Notary Public

Support departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with contractors/ advertisers.
