FAST LOGISTICS CARGO - UAE –  HR MANAGER - June 2020 to September 2022

Heading the HR Team. End-to-end recruitment Process (Including our overseas office Turkey, UK & US ). Payroll & Time Management for 400 Staffs. Leave Plan, Probation Review & Internal Assessment for all staffs. Training & Development. Employees Motivation Program. Employee Induction. Maintaining the Budget for all departments as per Yearly review in Recruitment. Responsible for Org Chart, PPT and MIS for HR Department in Board Meeting. Update and recommends for HR policy Amendments. Follow up and rectify the HR related issues to all Employees & departments. Follow up and assist our legitimate team for all Employee Legal Cases until the judgement issue. Follow-up for all new staffs Visa & Cancellation procedures with our PRO team. Handle end-to-end recruitment Process .Payroll & Time Management for all 1800 labours & 500 Staffs. Leave Plan, Probation Review & Internal Assessment for all staffs & Labors. Job Evaluation through OASYS (Skills , JD, Compensation & Targets ) and The Insurance for Medical & Group Life End to End Process .Coordinate inter HR team activities and programs ensuring high collaboration between HR Management, Talent and Rewards. Handle end-to-end recruitment process. Employee Induction, Training & development Programs and Prepare Employee Leave Plans. Handle Visa process to new visa, renew, cancellation and all other related works and well known in the UAE Labour Law. Handle all related issues in HR / Admin for 300- Staffs & 3000- Labours on a daily basis and Supervise My Payroll Team / Approval ( WPS / Leave Settlement / Gratuity / Pension / OT / ).Follow up with the Insurance for Medical (DHA Plan), Property and vehicle for payment, claim employee satisfactory to avoid any related issues with the concern. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. Assist in Staff Performance Appraisal Report and worked in HRMS systems ORISON & ERP software. Plan, Conduct, records & analyze Exit interviews. Handled the Dubai Municipality, Economic Development, Labor Case in court, Notary Public

 

GRIFFON INDIA – HR SPECIALIST - March 2012 to January 2013

Support departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with contractors/ advertisers. Assisting in short listing the suitable candidates for application, conducting telephonic interviews with prospective candidates Describing the role and responsibilities, salary and benefits of the particular vacancy Organize interviews and produce interview schedules and work closely with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.
