About Rima Al Adhami:
I'm a senior graphic designer/Creative director with over 15 years of professional experience in visual marketing design spanning print, digital and multimedia. Meticulous and able to work extremely fast under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality & accuracy. I've had the opportunity to work with diverse local and international organizations such as the 13 destinations under Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (SHUROOQ), FOX International Channels, CNN Arabic, Shaabiat Al Cartoon, TRANSCO and Acorn Strategy & enjoyed the unique challenges offered by this diverse array of organizations.
I'm Focused on quality, people, process and profitability and thrive off learning & helping my colleagues learn. I push myself to be better than I was yesterday, and take pride in my flexibility. I believe that great design goes beyond aesthetics and has the power to connect people, evoke emotions and spark conversations.
My background in psychology and counseling adds a unique perspective to my creative work, allowing me to create designs that resonate with audiences on a deeper level.
