    Description

    Job Summary

    Theprimary purpose of the Administrative Assistant for Admissions isto support one of two assigned areas: Aquaventure Arrival &Ancillary Sales/Guest Correspondence or Dolphin Bay Front of Houseand Back of House. This will include but not be limited tocoordinating all Admissionsrelated requests from AtlantisDepartments processing refunds in a timely manner being empoweredto answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints assistingmanagement with Ramco processing coordinating department purchasingneeds within budget and managing IT and Facilities Maintenancerequests. Supports directors and Managers with creating reportspresentations and calendar management.

    About You

    Ourideal candidate requires thorough knowledge of the English language(reading spelling and punctuation) and mathematics the ability towrite reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Youshould have an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Officepackage.
