    Description
    • Manage the catering services fromcollection of daily requirements & coordination withCatering service provider
    • Conduct monthly Foodcommittee meeting, confirmation of menu and coordination withservice provider
    • Collect and process thecatering invoice claims and follow up with the Finance departmenton payments
    • Generate monthly groceryrequirements and coordinate with Halcon procurement department toplace the order of the requiredquantity
    • Distribute grocery items to variousfacilities and maintain documentation of vendor delivery and issuesto facilities
    • Collect and process invoiceclaims for electricity, water & BTU, follow up with Financeon payments where required
    • Monitor facilitybuilding rent contracts and follow up with Halcon contractdepartment for contract renewal
    • Review anddevelop the Asset Management policy and procedures asrequired
    • Oversee the effective functioning ofthe Asset Management process and system in line with theCompany's Asset Management policy andprocedures
    • Operate Asset Management softwareensuring data accuracy, integrity andmaintenance
    • Maintain and regularly update thePhysical Asset Register (PAR) ensuring all assets are recorded andbarcoded including printing of RFID tags and tagging ofassets
    • Ensure all assets are properlyclassified, categorised and recorded in the AMsoftware
    • Conduct periodic audits, checks andphysical verification of current and new assets to ensurecompliance with fixed asset accountingrules
    • Arrange meeting with various departmentsfor reconciliation of asset data with Purchase order &SAP
    • Process asset transfer requests includingthe response to emergency requests asrequired
    • Ensure record and prepare report onthe details of lost, theft and defectiveassets
    • Prepare monthly asset statistical dataand report to Management and the Leadershipteam
    • Assess Scrap items before proceeding tothe next level as per approved policies and procedures

    Experience &Education Qualifications:

    • Bachelor'sDegree in any field
    • 7+ years of provenexperience in similar role
