Jobresponsibilities:

• EnsureQHSSE issues are managed across the organization, embedded into theorganization culture and appropriately considered during allbusiness decisions.
• Lead,administer, manage, develop and implement the Integrated ManagementSystem and associatedrecords.
• Manage all aspectsof QHSSE document control concerning the review, revision,authorization andrelease.
• legal, regulatoryand corporate requirements for the IMS are met and that thevalidity of the independent third party IMS certification to theISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards isretained.
• Primary (first)point of contact on company's QHSSE matters, IMSinterpretations, and relevant issues. Report on the functioning andintegrity of the Integrated Management System in the ManagementMeetings and ensure effective cascading of information throughoutthe organization to ensure an effective QHSSE mindset and cultureis maintained.
• Provide QHSSEguidance for staff engaged on projects conducted onshore andoffshore.
• Ensure achievementof the QHSSE ImprovementPlan
• Lead investigationsinto incidents and near misses and ensure corrective actionsidentified are implemented andeffective.
• Ensure regularinspections of working areas are carried out and set the examplefor other staff for adherence to the ManagementSystem.
• Ensure all employeesand contractors are inducted into the Company QHSSE ManagementSystem.
• Provide internaltraining to employees, supervisors and managers on QHSSE relatedissues.
• Approve work reportsof assigned staff and evaluate their performance. Maintain thefiling of Management System documents in accordance with therelevant procedure.
• Plan andcoordinate external certification audits of Company QHSSE systemsand ensure a regular program of internal QHSSE audits is maintainedand executed.
• Preparerequired reports to management and analyse statistical QHSSEperformance.
• Provide QHSSEguidance and support for staff preparing proposal and projectdocuments and assist with other Ad Hoc requirements fordocumentation andquestionnaires
• Ensure thatbusiness style is consistent throughout theCompany.
• Assist Director inthe improvement of the internal organisation of the Company anddistribution of newsbulletins.
• Represent theCompany in regard to IMCAmembership.

You bring(qualifications &experience)

• years workexperience
• Formalqualification in Safety discipline or adequate experience in Safetyfield e.g. NEBOSH (International) Diploma, orequivalent.
• RecognisedInternal / Lead Auditorqualification.
• Broadknowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 Quality and SafetyManagementSystems.
• Conversant withsoftware in use, particularly MS Officesuite
• High levels ofinitiative and ability to work both independently, and to interactand contribute positively with others as part of ateam.
