    Paid Media Strategy Director - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Right Calibre

    Responsibilities:

    Understanding the paidmedia landscape and staying up to date on trends andtechnologies

    Define paid media model and servicesoffering which includes search social display video and digital OOHlooking for ways to specialize in platforms in order to standout

    Develop the agencies paid media business planoutlining a multiyear vision target market competitive landscapeand pricing strategy

    This includes clientoffering as well as supporting internal marketing to help build aplan to attract potential clients to owned properties for leadconversion

    Responsible for management andoversight of a global paid media team partnering with other networkbrands legal and operations platforms and DSP media buyingpartners

    Mentor the marketing and strategy teamto ensure the team understands what paid media is how to use iteffectively in marketing and to share bestpractices

    Expert in paid media tools needed toplan and optimize paid media campaignsefficiently

    This may include analytical tools andadvertising competitive tools

    Finally you willclearly define key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients andprovide regular reports on campaignperformance

    In this role you will be responsiblefor global strategy development (developing and implementing B2Band B2C paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing andbusiness objectives) operating as a collaborator with otherdepartments like account creative and analytics to ensure cohesiveand integrated campaigns

    You will also be a teamleader managing a team of strategists planners and/or analystsproviding guidance mentorship and support to ensure high qualitywork and success

    Dvelop and manage paid mediainvestment strategies budgets channel mix audience targetingstrategies asset languages and allocations for client paid mediabudgets

    Monitor and analyze inflight and postcampaign performance to make datadriven budgetadjustments

    Oversee campaign planningimplementation execution and measurement of paid media acrossdirect platforms and DSP ad partners overseeing the media buy andensuring campaigns launch on time and onbudget

    You will have fluency in top middle andbottom funnel strategy development to meet client objectives atdifferent funnel stages articulate reporting findings insights andrecommendations

    Be a thought leader and writeagency points of view on paid media that will be promoted on ouragency website social media at events and otherchannels

    Mentor FTEs/ freelancers to deliverbestinclass paid media work

    Advise and supportclients in implementing new marketing initiatives or technologiesacross their organizations as it relates to paidmedia

    Partner with clients to help them growtheir understanding of paid media and bestpractices

    Champion innovative solutions to helpclients accelerate business growth

    ProjectOversight

    Inspire and support delivery teamleaders to translate statements of work into cohesive project plansassign resources and defineresponsibilities

    Align clients with a carefullyplanned and measured approach

    Provide positivemotivation guidance and governance throughout allprojects

    Qualifications

    Theideal candidate is comfortable analyzing data is an avidcommunicator and storyteller creative in their approach to solvingproblems and is confident in their abilities andexperience

    At least 5 years of professionalservices experience in paid media strategy and planning working foran agency

    At least 12 years of experience inpaid media strategy digital marketing and/or demandmarketing

    Experience leading teams and clientdelivery for global Fortune 500 B2B brands

    Haveminimum 6 years of agency to client facing experience as a projectleader

    Comfortable with strategy and campaigndesign including media strategy tactical plans audience targetingchannel investment strategy channel mix customer journey mappingand measurement/reporting

    Knowledgeable aroundmarketing automation technologies across the MarTech landscape(email SEO/SEM web marketing stacketc.)

    Campaign execution and managementincluding paid media management A/B testing reporting and analysisand optimization strategy

    Strong data andcreative storytelling

    Ability to align keymessages to audiences develop campaign voice tone and theme anddefine strong engagement strategies that resonate with clients asit relates to performancemarketing

    Certifications in related paid mediamarketing platforms and othertools/resources

    Proven track record of successin performance marketing supported by awards campaign honorsetc
