    Description

    WhatYou'll Be Expected To Do

    • The RPA Technical Product Owner isthe primary product specialist for the developmentteam.
    • The Product Owner will work with theProduct Manager/Principal Developer and business unit SMEs toelicit business requirements and translate into user stories andacceptance criteria.
    • Assisting the RPAdevelopers in clarifying requirements and helping them tounderstand the business side.
    • Work with thesenior RPA developer and Agile Delivery Lead to set realisticexpectations for delivery timelines, mitigate impediments andrisks, and ensure timely and quality delivery of RPAsolutions.
    • Coninuously working on RPA/BPMbacklog refinement and adjust the prioritiesaccordingly.
    • Receive product demonstrationsfrom the RPA developers and accept user stories as done.

    Qualifications&Experience

    QualificationsYou'll Need To Have:

    • Degree or Honours (12+3 orequivalent) This position is for a UAE National only

    ExperienceYou'll Need To Have

    • 5+ years' experience inproduct ownership/management in a 'team facing'capacity, though less experience may be considered

    SkillsYou'll Need To Have

    • Whilst not essential, some experienceof working within an agile environment, across multiple initiativesand teams
    • Appetite for building and identifyingvalue, with a customer centricmind-set.
    • Well-versed with the tools for theProduct Management aspects of softwaredelivery
    • Possess strong communication skillsand be able to enthusiastically convey your Product Vision tostakeholders and effectively influence a wide range of stakeholdersacross the organisation.
    • A positive attitudeand an ability to drive discernible change and delivery, at pace,in a pressurised environment
    • Build strongrelationships with peers and team members
    • Agileand innovative mind-set with the tenacity to adapt and thrive in aconstantly changing environment.

    • Incross-functional squads - (Product Owner + Scrum Master +Developers + QA's),
    • We work withinthe Atlassian suite, maintaining our backlogs in JIRA andleveraging Confluence for knowledgemanagement
