    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the site team to gather updated information on document status and submissions.
    Support the drafting of technical and business letters and emails to clients and consultants.
    Maintain up-to-date records of approved documents and drawings with clear distribution.
    Assist in setting up project folders and facilitating project communication processes.
    Follow up on overdue documents and planned submissions, such as Work Inspection Requests, Letters, Shop Drawings, and Material Submittals.
    Complete other ad-hoc secretarial functions and assigned tasks as needed.
