- Develop and maintain control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal and regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and internal policies and improve them continuously
- Manage KYC on boarding for new and pre-exiting customer (KYC Refresh) by reviewing client documentation, vendor databases, and data entered into proprietary (CDD & monitoring of customers)
- Conduct internal audits and reviews at regular intervals to ensure that compliance procedures are regularly followed
