    Description
    Project Management Consultancy (PMC):

    Provide leadership and strategic direction in project management consultancy ensuring projects adhere to schedule budget and quality standards.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives expectations and deliverables.

    Implement effective project controls and risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.

    Engineering:

    Oversee the engineering aspects of construction projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

    Work closely with engineering teams to review and approve designs ensuring they align with project goals and client requirements.

    Provide technical expertise during the planning design and execution phases.

    Field Operations:

    Manage and coordinate field operations ensuring that construction activities are executed safely efficiently and in accordance with project plans.

    Collaborate with site teams to address challenges resolve issues and optimize construction processes.

    Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress safety and quality standards.

    Oil and Gas Industry Expertise:

    Leverage extensive experience in the Oil and Gas Industry particularly with ADNOC projects.

    Stay abreast of industry trends regulations and best practices to ensure the successful execution of projects.

    Client Relationship:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients particularly ADNOC ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

    Act as a primary point of contact for client communication addressing concerns and providing project updates.

    Bachelors degree in engineering; advanced degree preferred.

    Proven experience in Project Management Consultancy Engineering and Field Operations within the Oil and Gas Industry.

    Extensive experience working on ADNOC projects is a must.

    Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a multicultural and dynamic work environment.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly experienced and resultsdriven Senior Construction Manager with a strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) engineering and field operations within the Oil and Gas Industry. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience working with ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) projects and be available immediately to take on a challenging and pivotal role in overseeing construction activities.
