Description

Our client is a multinational German manufacturer of a full range of domestic built-in kitchen appliances, kitchen sinks, and mixers with over 90 years of expertise in its sector.

They are looking to hire a Sales Representative who can join their Dubai team immediately.

The Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative is a skilled professional who builds customer relationships, follows up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities.

They identify prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
Sell the company's products or services to customers within your given territory.
Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
Attend meeting, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand.


Requirement:

Bachelors degree in marketing, business, economics, communications, and/or any equivalent education that demonstrates expertise in customer engagement.
Proven sales experience of at least 2-3 years in UAE.
Track record of over-achieving quota
Computer use competency.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven.
Detail oriented
Willing to work independently.
Always team focused.
Fluent in spoken English.
Aside from a social and positive personality, outside sales representatives must be self-starters and proactive problem solvers.
