    TPFRecruitment are supporting a highly reputable Top 30 firm ofChartered Accountants who are looking to recruit an R&DDirector or Partner to join their This is an exciting opportunityto be part of one of the UKs market leading firms where you willplay an instrumental role in managing your own client portfolio andlooking after a team of experienced consultants, helping to furtherthe business R&D tax

    Asan R&D Tax Director or Partner, you will be responsiblefor:
    • Managingyour own clientportfolio
    • Managingthe full end to end R&D process fromclaims,technical interviews, report writing, financial analysis, billingand riskprocedure
    • Quotingand budgeting for work, and managing the relevanttimescales
    • Liaisingwith HMRC and supporting Partners withenquiries
    • Supportingthe Partners with the direction and growth of thebusiness
    • Reviewingthe work of, and training more juniorstaff
    • Networking,marketing and businessesdevelopment


    Requirements

    • Relevantprofessional qualification ( CTA, ACA,CA).
    • Highlevel of tax technical knowledge of the UK s R&D tax
    • Experiencein preparing and submitting R&D tax relief claims in allsectors
    • Knowledgeof different claim methodologies, especially any industry specificchallenges, over a broad range of
    • Experiencein responding to HMRCenquiries
    • Provenexperience in client handling and managing a busyportfolio
