    LEGRAND - Gulf Countries has the following Vacancy based in Dubai, UAE as per below details.

    Role Purpose:

    The Communications Specialist will support the MarCom needs for the development of creative concepts; assists for the design and production of digital, print, display, and promotional products and extends these services specified by the Sr. Communication Executive.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Assist in the production of visual assets needed for multimedia outreach campaigns.
    • Assist in the design of layouts for corporate events and advertising campaigns, presentations, interactive,

    print, and online media (social media contents), and the preparation of layouts and art files for print production

    (brochures, company profile, leaflet, etc.).

    • Support the production of in-house videos using new techniques in video and motion graphics.
    • Carry on photography and videography for small events and basic product shoots.
    • Adhere to design and production schedules developed for each project and helps assure that revised production schedules are issued immediately.
    • Ensure creative projects and processes are consistent with Legrand Communication chart, guidelines and goals.
    • Monitor developments in print, display, and digital communications, with the ability to propose, plan and
    • implement new ideas and media into the communications process as appropriate.
    • Remain proficient in current design and illustration software programs.

    Key Responsibility:

    • Digital: create social media and website contents in coordination of Sr. Communication Executive.
    • Media production: photo and video shoot include post processing during mid-size events.
    • Project reference gallery: develop media production (on site photo / video shoot)
    • Update content as needed, including presentations, company profile, brochures, leaflet, etc.
    • Maintain marketing style guides and corporate marketing templates.
    • Perform other communications duties as required.

    Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:

    • Must have content layout expertise, an eye for design, and an ability to translate core business concepts into compelling visuals.
    • University Degree in Graphic Design, Service Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related subject.
    • Minimum of three years of experience in the field of graphic design and communication.
    • Possesses advanced and innovative design and illustration abilities; ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of current graphics processes and applications, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others) and Microsoft Office.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of color management systems and printing processes including digital file preparation requirements for offset printing and digital prepress, bindery techniques, and paper stocks.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of methods used to create digital, print, display, and promotional products.
    • Able to work under pressure within short timelines and be willing to work beyond normal hours to meet project deadlines.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
