    PositionOverview:Thesuccessful candidate shallhaveaminimum of 37 Years of experience as aFull Cycle Recruiter.


    FullCycle Recruiter    will work with both candidatesand clients. This allows you to control the success and deliverhigh quality professional and executivelevel candidates whileadvancing SEU s brand across numerous markets and professionalcommunities. A wide degree of creativity justintime and longtermrecruiting vision business understanding and personal organizationisrequired.

    Responsibilities

    Inaddition to recruiting candidates for our existing clients ourRecruiters develop new clients by establishing relationships withkey hiring managers in the market to understand their companiesgrowth strategies and related hiringneeds.

    • Managethe full cycle recruitment process from initial role briefingthrough to offer stage
    • Utilizeall available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure aquality candidate shortlist/pipeline
    • Ongoingcommunication with hiring managers to identify needs and evaluatealternative recruiting solutions
    • Continuallyseek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives
    • Provideconsultation to Hiring Managers regarding market conditionscandidate availability salarybenchmarks
    • Partnerwith clients to understand their strategic hiring needs in order toeffectively fill their openpositions
    • Underour guidance develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy touncover the mostqualified candidates for ourclients
    • Conductconfidential interviews of qualifiedcandidates
    • Presentshortlisted candidates toclients
    • Manageand facilitate the negotiationprocess
    • Developand maintain longterm client and candidaterelationships
    • Researchand develop leads for future businessdevelopment

    Skills&Experience

    • Experiencein a full cycle recruitment role from direct sourcing screeningassessing/ interviewing and offering candidates either in aninhouse agency or RPOenvironment
    • Excellentstakeholder management skills and the ability to build strongrelationships at different levels within anorganization
    • Experiencerecruitinginternationally
    • Strongorganization skills and the ability to delegate where applicablecertain aspects of the recruitment process i.e. interviewscheduling andsourcing
    • Demonstratedinterest and ability to work in a fastpaced service environmentExpert in sourcing screening interviewing and hiringtechniques
    • Effectivecommunication and listeningskills
    • Experienceand ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needsand plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders andresponsibilities
