    Description

    Preparation of credit documents:
    Review approved credit levers and prepare required facilities andguarantee/shipping documents as per specified terms and conditionsto protect the bank from default risk and send them to thebusiness

    Validation of credit documents:

    Receive signed legal documents from the business and conduct legalaspects verification to ensure that the bank's guaranteedocuments are compliant with the approved terms and conditions,complete and valid.

    Providing document clearance for WCADand handing over all original signed guarantee documents tocustodial officers to update the bank's systems forsubsequent monitoring and follow-up

    Operational Risk:
    Communicate with business/credit/legal during theonboarding or verification process to clarify and resolve anydocumentation ambiguity or other concern

    Policies, processes, systems and procedures:
    Adhere to all relevantorganizational and departmental policies, processes, procedures,and instructions so that work is performed to the required standardand in a consistent manner while providing the required level ofservice to customers and stakeholders

    Self-Management:
    Manage self in accordance with the Bank'speople management policies, procedures, processes and practices toensure compliance and make maximum contribution to one'sown business performance

    Customer Service:
    Embodying our promise and applying ADCB Bank service standards toprovide the required levels of service in all internal and externalinteractions with customers
