    At Concentrix, we are Fanaticalabout our staff and the support that we provide to all of ourvictims that call every day and our team is growing. We arecurrently recruiting for our Fraud and Cyber Crime inbound customerservice line. This work from home opportunity will allow you tosupport victims of fraud and cyber crime as a first point ofcontact and gain all of the relevant information required forsubsequent investigations to take place.

    Forthis role you will be required to complete vetting in accordancewith Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 2

    • Taking inbound calls from victims offraud and cyber crime, this is not an investigative role, allreports must be taken from victims in a professional and caringway.
    • Some reports may be used in court cases,so attention to detail is essential for thisrole.
    • Some calls received into this service canbe of a sensitive nature, so excellent listening and questioningskills is essential.
    • You don't needto have worked in a contact centre previously but experience ofworking in customer service is preferred, although this could be aservice provided either via telephone or face toface.
    • IT skills are essential, you will ensurethat all information is recorded onto the systems accurately,escalating when necessary to ensure that each caller is supportedappropriately.
