Welcome customers, scheduleservice appointments and provide them with the necessaryassistance
Make use of the service appointment systemto maximize the facility and manpower capacity
Respondto questions about service outcome
Manage customerconcerns, comments as well as complaints
Assistcustomers with good information concerning repairs to be done
Prepare service orders and descriptions of problems as wellas repairs
Prepare cost and time estimates required forrepairs
Carry out test driving on the vehicles toconfirm service repairs
Job Qualifications andExperience
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,Automobile Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 5+years of experience in the same or similar role
Goodcommunication and organizational skills
Should be ableto communicate equally well with mechanics, customers and seniormanagement
Must be well groomed and highlypresentable
Strong knowledge of automotive industry andparts
Fluency in English and Hindi
Strongknowledge in spare parts and service procedures
Musthaving a valid UAE driving license
Should be able tohandle all type of customers
