Requirements
University Qualifications:
- Bachelor ofTechnology
Other certificationsobtained:
- MCSE, BCA, B.Eng
Nature and length of previous experience:
- 2-3 yearsof experience in Troubleshooting
Specialist knowledge:
- IT Helpdesk and Troubleshootingexperience
