-Uses technical and negotiation skills in collaboration with othersupport operations/organizations to prioritize and diagnoseproblems to resolution.
- Communicates action plans tothe client or representative as appropriate.
-Recommends and implements new or improvements to existing technicalsupport tools, procedures, and processes.
- May providetraining for and mentor others on the team.
-Contributes to department attainment of organizational objectivesand high client satisfaction.

Requirements

University Qualifications:
- Bachelor ofTechnology

Other certificationsobtained:
- MCSE, BCA, B.Eng

Nature and length of previous experience:
- 2-3 yearsof experience in Troubleshooting

Specialist knowledge:
- IT Helpdesk and Troubleshootingexperience

Age Range:
-22-30
