    About the Team
    Our Strategy andCompliance team is responsible for establishing Global ProcurementCompliance Management System. We maintain sound control posturewith proactive continuous improvement through policy design processreengineering and performance optimisation while mitigating againstpotential compliance risks.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and establish globalprocurement policies.
    • Drive continuousimprovement and enhance implementation in category teams as well asregional teams outside of China.
    • Identify andinitiate optimisation opportunities throughout the wholeprocurement process leading change management with cross functionalpartners including Finance Legal and Internal Audit.
    • Enhance implementation of policies with system upgradesand trainings.
    • Review and provide guidance onprocess compliance of different procurement categories and overseasregions.
    • Regularly monitor the execution ofprocurement processes set compliance/risk KPIs to the sourcingteams and report deviations from the policy followed with actionsto improve process compliance ratio worldwide.
    • Support auditing projects and own remediation plans forany critical findings in line with the internal auditteam.
    • Improve the procurement capacity andefficiency level including setting up local procurement policy andprocess according to the local business characteristics of eachregion/country with local functional partners.
    Qualifications
    • Experience in Supply Chain Business or OperationsManagement.
    • Experience in sourcing or otherbusiness related disciplines of large organisations e.g. AutomotiveIT/Hightech Industrial/Consumer Goods or Retail sector.
    • Foundational knowledge of purchasing familiar withendtoend procurement process e.g. PRPO TCO supplier collaborationrisk management. Global sourcing experience as a plus.
    • Strong communication skills and problem solving skillsfor comprehensive projects.
    • Ability to workcollaboratively and effectively in a crosscultural team environmentliaising with procurement and other global functions.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a constant changingenvironment.
    • Display a genuine passion for allthings in compliance with the ability to demonstrate strongprinciples of corporate governance.
