    JobDetails

    We are looking for ahands-on Finance Controller who will oversee accounting, reporting,and the finance team. Must have experience with both accountingsystem (quickbooks, great plains, etc.) and factoring software(factorsoft/cadence).

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years in corporate finance, orequivalent combination of education and experience in Finance(Budgeting, Performance Reporting, and Financialanalysis).
    • BilingualSpanish
    • Bachelor's degree inAccounting, or Finance
    • Attention to detail, andstrong organizational and prioritizationskills.
    • Strong analytical and problem solvingskills.
    • Demonstrated leadership and influenceskills.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and prepare the budget andfinancial forecasts, institute and maintain planning and controlprocedures, and analyze/reportvariances
    • Analysis of financial results toidentify variations and trends that indicate possible exposures andthe need for countermeasures
    • Financial datagathering, analysis, preparation of reports and recommendationsaround financial plans, statistical reports, cash flow projections,operating forecasts, acquisition activity, new business planning,etc.
    • Prepare monthly financial reports,variance analysis and corporatesubmissions
    • Measure and track departmentalspending vs budget and forecast
    • Create ad-hocreports and analysis as required
    • Miscellaneousfinancial projects, analysis and administrative duties asassigned
