    Description

    Essential Duties AndResponsibilities

    • Work with Executive Director tocreate a strategic vision and road map for the operationalexcellence program for the Memphis site.
    • Servesas a subject matter expert in identifying, prioritizing andimplementing changes at all levels to effect improvements inoperational excellence.
    • Provide assistance inprioritization and management of programs and tasks and workingwith functions and/or cross-functional teams to support achievementand sustainability of improved operationalexcellence
    • Support and collaborate withfunctional leadership teams to develop a strategy and implementoperations excellence programs and projects/tasks for theirrespective areas leading to improved function operationalexcellence.
    • Create, maintain, and delivertraining, as required, to support the advancement of operationalexcellence and continuous improvementinitiatives
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, andcontribute toward identification of methods for regulareffectiveness assessments and key performance indicator tracking toassist functional leadership teams toward success in implementingchanges and gains in effectiveness.
    • Leadcomprehensive analysis, options evaluation and other methodologiesto support optimal efficiency gains, continuous improvementinitiatives and projects
    • Utilize broadexperience and understanding of operations and needs in evaluatingchallenges, identifying options and selecting programs and tasks toimprove operations, prioritizing and implementing changes toachieve improved operations excellence.

    JobQualifications

    • At least 6 years of experience acrossthe multiple of the following areas: manufacturing operations,quality, project management and regulatory supportpreferred
    • At least 3 years of experience inoperations.
    • Bachelor's degree inbusiness or scientific discipline or work experienceequivalent;
    • LEAN/six sigma experiencepreferred
    • Abitlity to motivate others creatinga positive work environment and fostering effective departmentaland inter-departmental collaboration, coaching and performancefeedback.
    • Ability to clearly assign objectives,clear goal SMART goal setting and monitoring progress, managingresources and handling competingpriorities.
    • Experienced in adapting to changingcircumstances and competing priorities to assist in makingrecommendations and proper decisions related to evolving needs foroperational excellence program for thesite
