    Description
    • Operational Excellence: Takecharge of day-to-day operations within the company, ensuring allservices are executed on time and in alignment with, or betterthan, agreed service levels.
    • ProactiveInspections: Perform constant inspections throughout the buildingto anticipate and identify operational issues, taking immediateaction to ensure all service requirements aremet.
    • Project Management: Manage projects orimplementations of new services, equipment, or amenities incollaboration with relevant serviceproviders.
    • Service Issue Resolution: Act as afirst responder in case of service complaints, handling issueshands-on and reporting to the line manager for furtheraction.
    • Coordination: Orchestrate serviceoperations to ensure alignment and minimal disruption duringcatering functions, training sessions, events, and VIP delegationvisits.
    • Reporting: Prepare a daily dashboardreport for the soft services team, highlighting key metrics such asthe number of visitors, events, meetings, VIP visits, and training.This helps in optimizing visitor and employeeexperiences.
    • Staffing: Ensure sufficientstaffing coverage in different service areas, monitor requirements,and allocate resources efficiently.
    • EmergencyResponse: Respond swiftly and decisively to emergencies or urgentissues as they arise.
    • KPI Management: Reviewservice reports from various providers and prepare notes for theline managers review to maintain efficient KPI management for allservices.
    • Additional Responsibilities:Participate in preparing and monitoring the sections budget,prepare periodic activity reports, and perform other related dutiesin the field of specialization.

    RequirementsTo be considered for therole, the successful candidate should meet the followingcriteria:

    • Minimum of 5-7years' experience in a related job functions and at amanagerial level.
    • Minimum of 5 years'experience within the UAE.
    • Able to deal with ahigh pressure environment.
    • Strong communicationskills.
    • Proven experience in a similar role,preferably in facilities management orhospitality.
    • Strong leadership andcommunication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solvingabilities and attention to detail.
    • Projectmanagement experience is a plus.
    • Ability tohandle and resolve complaintseffectively.
    • Emergency response and crisismanagement skills.
    • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite.
    • Budget management experience isan asset.
