    What will youdo?

    Where you work depends on anumber of things. Manufacturing Process Engineers lead our effortsto identify and drive out losses through standards and systemdevelopment. They support the daily activities of the productionline and/or processing areas, and build long term capability intotheir area, systems, and technicians. Daily work could encompassany of the following:

    • Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing,and eliminating losses andinefficiencies
    • Delivery and start-up of newequipment, initiatives, andprojects
    • Collaborating with technical experts,other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create the bestsolutions
    • Creating learning programs andcoaching and training technicians
    • Creating andimproving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targetsfor the production line
    • Understanding andworking with state-of-the-art robotics and automatedequipment

    We have plantsall over the region, and where you go is based on your skills andinterests as well as our business need. With this Engineer role,you may work in either of these areas:

    • Manufacturing (Making, Packing,Safety, or Health Safety &Environment)
    • Physical Distribution Centersand/or Warehouse

    JobQualifications

    Youare a good fit here if you:

    • Have a BS/MS degree in engineering.We prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering,though we may also consider otherengineering.
    • Are willing to travel on the jobon occasion. It really depends on your position, but we want tomake sure you are ok travelling for thisjob.
    • Are willing to relocate during yourcareer.
    • 0 - 5 years of relevant workexperience
