    JobResponsibilities

    • Driveinsightful, data-driven analyses to yield key insights and makerecommendations
    • Partner with business unitleadership to establish reasonable financial targets and ensureaccountability towards achievement of those financialtargets
    • Deliver timely, accurate and effectiveanalyses and reporting of financial and operational performancemetrics to management for decision makingpurposes
    • Prepare monthly reporting packages forpresentation to senior leadership to drive continual improvement inthe monthly close process and budget and forecastingprocesses
    • Actively participate in seniorleadership meetings, preparing and presenting relevant documents,reports and plans in a timely manner
    • Assistsenior leadership in financial models and analysis to supportstrategic partnerships and initiatives
    • Developand implement plans/projects to improve operational efficiency andeffectiveness within areas ofoversight
    • Establish and monitor performancemetrics to ensure that transactions are processed accurately andefficiently, and reporting meets stakeholderneeds
    • Work on a variety of company wideinitiatives on the company's current and futureprofitability
    • Responsible for day-to-daymanagement, strategic leadership and routine problemsolving
    • Evaluate capital expenditures in orderto support cash management
    • Provide robust ROIcomputations for proposed projects to allow us to make informedinvestment decisions
    • Direct management ofAccounting and Finance team, including the Assistant Director ofFinance
    • Direct management of in-housebookkeeper and financial processes
    • Understandoverall company balance sheet, profit and loss reporting andoperating expenses
    • Present monthly financialreports that provide short- and long-range financialreporting
    • Documentation, contribution andmaintenance of the Finance Department OperationsManual
    • Liaison with the Operations team forpricing, accounts payable and trip operatingbudgets
    • Support companyvision
    • Help develop and execute short-term andlong-term plans
    • Develop and articulate ourbrand strategy to support the vision
    • Hiring anddevelopment of staff and successionplanning
    • Communicate goals, objectives,accountabilities, priorities, and authority parameters to assignedstaff
    • Develop leaders through mentoring andcoaching of direct reports
    • Inspire, lead,mentor, measure and appraise the finance team to ensure stellarcapabilities at all levels as well as driving a culture offinancial accuracy and accountability
    • Highintegrity, including maintenance of confidentialinformation
    • Design and implement businessgrowth strategies and operationalefficiencies
    • Must be able to exercise goodjudgment and positively influence others in a team environment,including handling confrontations with poise andefficiency
    • Reinforce and champion our distinctcorporate culture

    JobQualifications

    • Bachelor's degree infinance or accounting.
    • 6+ years of relevantexperience in Accounting or FinancialAnalysis
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
    • Strong project managementskills and an ability to function independently and effectively ina self-directed environment
    • Strong financialbackground, with full understanding and experience with financialmodels and analyses
    • Highly organized,detail-oriented, a strong work ethic and demonstrated teamworkskills.
    • Ambitious, intellectually curious,self-starter
    • Strong Excel skillsrequired
    • Experience with QuickBooksOnline
    • Capable of performing detailed financialanalyses including financial modeling, profitability analysis,monitoring business issues and impact to bottomline
