    Description
    • Developing yourself personally,taking a keen interest in trends in different sectors and theimpact on our clients so you can help shape their thinking and oursuccess in the market
    • Write and present winningproposals to support our clients inME
    • Supporting the development of newpropositions to help our client
    • You should beable to leverage your experience in different industries to bringbest practices to support our clients in achieving set engagementgoals
    • Working with colleagues in all MiddleEastern offices on client work and internal initiatives as well aswith international teams whereappropriate'
    • Keeping up to date withcurrent trends from the region and from across theworld
    • You should have led teams and mentored/trained other members in your team/ business unit in order tofoster a high performance teamenvironment
    • Whilst working in the team you willdevelop your understanding of the key themes in the market and inthe region
    • You will work collaboratively withother experts to shape the future of our clients and to bring aboutpositive change
    • You will have access to all ofthe latest training and development tools

    Requirements:

    • 14 years of experience in managementconsulting focusing on Construction / Real-estateIndustry
    • Extensive experience in managingorganizational transformation /restructuringprojects
    • In-depth understanding and experienceof strategy management, organization design, processes managementand implementation, and PMO setup
    • Excellentorganizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workloadwhilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressureand meeting tight deadlines
    • Proven IT skills inthe following programs excel, word, andPowerPoint
    • The ability and willingness totravel within the Middle East and worldwide where the projectrequirements dictate
    • Exposure to data gatheringtechniques and analysis, and reporting insights in a clear andeffective way is desirable
    • Ability to evaluateand manage our clients unique challenges in order to ensure we canmaximize their return on the overall investment in humancapital
