    L2 HPE Break and Fix Engineer for Dubai UAEBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similarExperience with containerization technologyHewlett Packard Enterprise Server and Storage Certifications including AIS, ASE and Master CertificationsExperience in professional communication (Written and Oral)Basic Knowledge of at least cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Your TasksDo HPE Rack Servers, Storages and Tape Drive MSL Library Installation, Troubleshooting Hardware and Software ware configuration.

    This job role for Break and Fix Onsite Engineer who can manage the Installations, Replacements and Configuration for the Enterprise Devices including HPE Servers, Storages and Network equipment's.


    • Install, troubleshooting and configure HPE MSA Series, 3Par Storage, Nimble Storage, NAS and SAN Storage and Switches, Store Easy NAS Storage & Tape Library .
    • Ability for Installation, Troubleshooting and Management of Red Hat Linux, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 2012 , Windows 2016 Server installation in HPE Server and Active directory , File server , DNS & DHCP, Active Directory configuration Knowledge.
    • Ability for Installation, Troubleshooting and Management HPE Server / Storage and Network Technology, besides knowledge of Cisco UCS, Network+, VMware, VCP, Server+, HP-AIS, etc., they would be preferred. Must need to have HPE Enterprise Certifications.

    Requirements:

    • Min. 7 to 10 years of proven working experience.
    • Strong skills in at least one scripting/programming language (preferably Python)
    • Very comfortable with Microsoft Enterprise Platforms, Unix / Linux and VMware Systems
    • Able to dive into code, handle customer escalations, and drive to resolution in a timely manner
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on documentation
    • Demonstrable focus on the customer, including the ability to see past individual break/fix incidents to understand the customer's setup and requirements, and the ability to build relationships with customer engineers
