- Provide administrative support to the managers and staff of IIQAF
- Maintain efficient filing systems for records, documents, and correspondence
- Handle customer inquiries and communications in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and manage all external appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements as required
- Manage order supplies and other office materials
- Monitor inventory and ensure effective inventory management
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized
- Assist with light bookkeeping duties
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technical programs
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
