    Office Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - IIQAF GROUP

    Description
    • Provide administrative support to the managers and staff of IIQAF
    • Maintain efficient filing systems for records, documents, and correspondence
    • Handle customer inquiries and communications in a timely and professional manner
    • Schedule and manage all external appointments and meetings
    • Coordinate travel arrangements as required
    • Manage order supplies and other office materials
    • Monitor inventory and ensure effective inventory management
    • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized
    • Assist with light bookkeeping duties

    Qualifications

    • College degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of office experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technical programs
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
