    Description
    • Help inimplementation of a strategic customer service system andprocedures.
    • Responsiblefor managing day-to-day transactions, implementation and problemsolving.
    • Ensure toregister all the received case through Dubai Land DepartmentSystem.
    • Takeownership for customer interaction center runs smoothly withminimal Numberof

    complaints.

    • Manageinterdepartmental relationships and ensure full coordination andintegrationof

    processes,communications, and product and servicedevelopment.

    • PrepareWeekly/monthly reports to theManagement.
    • Followingup issues relating the company and giving advice, ifpossible.
    • Writingsummaries and report of the conduct of proceedings and litigationissues relatingto

    thecompany.

    • Writingofficial letters to the views of the ministries and governmentdepartments,

    institutionaland semi-government and privatecompanies.

    • Sendingletters of no objection to the registration of properties toprivate investors inthe

    company.

    • Checkingthe files for investors and good conduct of the sale and purchaseof legaland

    administrative.

    • Providingadvice and guidance to make the legal and procedural approach tothe

    organizationof work of real estate and businessoperations.

    • Attendingthe regular and extraordinary meetings with Dubai Land Department,and thereal

    estateregulatory agency inDubai.

    • Approvalof the personal and public agencies certified in advance of theofficial views ofthe

    proceduresfor the sale and purchase and resale and otherbusiness.

    • Preparestatements and reports timely and accurately to meet the companyanddepartment

    requirements,policies andstandards.

    • Interactionwith the government entities to ensure the timely and accurateexecution ofall

    governmentrelations transactions/activities related to the business of theorganization.

    • Actsas a liaison with government agencies to ensure that Companyaffairs arehandled

    expedientlyand that a good relationship is maintained /built.

    • Deliverand expedite the processing of highly confidential applications toensure thatthey

    aredealt with quickly andefficiently.

    • Maintainsan updated in-depth understanding of government laws, keepingabreast ofthe

    changesand advising the investors, whenever appropriate, on the best andrightgovernment
    practices

    • Actsas a midpoint between the governmental entities and the investorsto ensure thatall

    conflictsare resolved, and the processes are flowing in a smooth andefficientmanner.

    • Monitorand analyse pending legislation and regulations which may impacttheorganization's

    operationsand alerts management in order to analyse alternatives andundertake
    appropriateaction.

    • Ensureon-going compliance with all specific government regulationsrelevant togovernment
