    JobDescription

    • Collect and give regular updates onall labor and immigration standards from the government offices tokeep the T&C office well informed for any changes inprocedures and rules.
    • Submit, follow-up andgather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visasare handled and processed on time.
    • Assure allbusiness and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up on officialapprovals and permits, to prevent unnecessaryviolations.
    • When the need arises, represent thecompany at different offices like Airport Embassies, PoliceStation, Ministries/Municipalities, and other governmentDepartments.
    • Assist the office in determiningany issues identified with organization vehicle registration andrenewals.
    • Provide information and support theT&C department by making recommendations on best practicesin order to make the process of getting residency permits fasterand more efficient.
    • Maintain confidentialityand security of company and employee documents at alltimes
    • Follow up all expiries for active talents/ associates (passport, visa, health card etc.

    Qualifications

    • Must be fluent in English and haveexperience in Immigration procedures.
    • Must bemotivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of ateam.
    • Good communication and negotiation skillsas the job is centered on communication with the client,colleagues, and government authorities.
    • Must beproficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related toVisa and Immigration Consultancy.
    • UAE Drivinglicense is mandatory.
