The Companys three core products are Snapchat a visual messaging app thatenhances your relationships with friends family and the world; Lens Studio an augmented reality platformthat powers AR across Snapchat and other services Were looking for a GroupAnalyst to join Team Snapchat Working closely with the Sales teamyou will be tasked with helping us unlock revenue and drivecategory growth by uncovering actionable insights identifyingaggregate vertical trends in addition to doing indepth clientanalysis. Whatyoull do:
    • Understanding challenges the business faces and helping them tomake decisions based on data driven insights by collating andanalyzing information from multiple sources and a logical andcoherent story.
    • Understand the business challenges and needs to help leadershipmake data driven decisions by analyzing and combining data acrossmultiple sources.
    • Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to fueloptimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across theaccount management group
    • Use data and logic to impact client and businesssuccess by providing analysis insightsreports and actionablerecommendations
    • Partner with crossfunctional teams to buildout measurement agendas/strategies provide data based insights forproducts in alpha or beta and deliver feedback on data tools indevelopment. .
    • Distill complicated analytical concepts for broader audiences andbe able to influence their decision making through a data story
    • Build and maintaindashboards and reports to help the business understand and optimizeadvertiser performance and product development through aclientcentric lens.
    • Proactively identify projects that impact revenue defines scope andobjectives and proposes a course of action required to attainobjectives
    • Work withAccount Management to provide real time analysis for auctioncampaigns; influence incremental spend through data driven upsellrecommendations
    • Function as a thought leader offering insights related to verticalor category industry trends in order to inform or strengthen Snapsinmarket pitch.
    Minimum qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree incomputer science/economics/mathematics or equivalent preferred
    • 3 years experiencein quantitative analysis and research
    • Proficiency in sql and python/R for analysisand data visualization
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Data driven andanalytical mindset
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational
    • Ability to work inan agile dynamic environment
    • Ability to work individually while operating as acollaborative team player
    • Are able to grasp business problems and designtechnical databased solutions that are implementableefficient andscalable
    • Experiencein performing analysis on big data sets and coming up withactionable insights
    • Comfortable in interpreting complex data signals and presenting totechnical and nontechnical audiences
