    Description

    Our client is currently looking for aqualified Technical Writer to support the development of technicaldocumentation.

    This position is responsible forwriting, editing, proofreading, and providing technicalpublications as part of Internal IT Operations Systemdocuments.

    This position will work withtechnical leads, management and business partners within theclient.

    1. Read and interpret technicalnetwork drawings to document the process and procedures.
    2. Provide technical writing, document preparation, editing,proofreading, and coordination consistent with standard practicesfor the development and production of projectdeliverables.
    3. Gathering of technical data,research and analysis of technical data and ensuring products meeteditorial standards.
    4. Documenting informationto support compliance with NIST , NIST, NIST 800-53, andCMMC.
    5. Work with project and customer staff inthe formulation, development, and editing of project documentation,deliverables, and training documentation to ensure alignment withproject requirements.
    6. Creates and revisescomplex technical documentation to support the operation, repair,compliance and maintenance of company products. Ensures documentsconform to company and government standards and specifications andlanguage usage principles.'
    7. Researches andconsults with IT staff on Cloud SaaS system to create and revisetechnical documentation and diagrams. Analyzes and interpretsdrawings and other technical data to translate information intotechnical documentation.

    SkillsRequired:

    1. Basic Understanding of ITand Security Controls such as NIST SP or ISO or NISTSP
    2. Ability to understand thetechnology and document process, and procedure on how it isimplemented
    3. Ability to create, understand andinterpret network and system drawings.
    4. Abilityto take ownership and manage Stakeholders.

    Experience Required:

    1. Experience with Microsoft suite including Visio for flowdiagrams.
    2. Understanding of Software as aService Cloud Model and documentation on any SaaS Product suchM365

    ExperiencePreferred:

    • Any IT or CybersecurityCertification

    EducationRequired:

    • Bachelor's Degree with 4or more years of experience.
    • Additionaldirectly related experience can offset the degreerequirements.
