    About the job

    Roles& Responsibilities:

    • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)for RTA function.
    • Effectively manage intradayof multiple accounts on different systems and platforms plusproviding RCA and recommendation on operationalperformance.
    • Proactively provides BCP relatedupdates and task such as weather, traffic, earthquake, sociopolitical events, etc., that may impactdelivery.
    • Works collaboratively with CoBRAAutomation team on project support, data gathering, reportcall-outs, validation and other taskneeded.
    • Assist on NICE IEX webex session fortroubleshooting and other system issue discussion withIT.
    • Delivery of all designated reportingactivities as detailed by Service Menu to agreed timescales andquality both internally and externally.
    • Abilityto communicate with all levels of internal/external client on aprofessional level.
    • Ability to extract,manipulate and present data from WFM application/manual platformand utilize its full functionality.
    • Ability tocommunicate with all levels of internal management &analysts, client and CNX Operations on a professionallevel.

    Qualifications:

    • Intermediateto proficient MS Excel skills - knows Pivot &Vlookup
    • 1-2 years BPO experience, RTA/Workforceexperience is a plus
    • Has background or strongknowledge with Workforce Management
    • Must bewilling to work onsite in Makati- Ayala North Exchangesite
    • Can startASAP
