    Begin your journeywith us whilst taking part in our fantastic graduate developmentprogramme. We will create an individual training plan to help youdevelop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role.By the end of it, you will be set up with the best knowledge andhands-on experience to equip you for your professional career inSiemens.

    • You will beresponsible for the day to day delivery of the Train ServiceAgreement to the customer, ensuring the on time maintenance ofrolling stock undertaken and controlled by teams of Supervisors andTechnicians.
    • Responsible for the planning,preparation and operating performance of the maintenanceschedules.
    • Accountable for ensuring our endcustomer requirements are understood and continuous improvementplans are in place to maximise opportunities for cost reduction,improved quality and efficiency.
    • Fullyparticipating and engaging with the business graduate scheme andfinishing the components of the structured development plan,including a rotational placement programme, the Siemens GraduateDevelopment Programme (GDP), and local work-based skillcourses
    • Reporting to your Sponsor Manager andPlacement Manager(s) and taking ownership for the completion of allallocated tasks to the best of yourability
    • Maintaining a Personal ProfessionalDevelopment Log (PPDL)
    • Gaining an understandingof the business unit, including its goals, vision, services,departments, customers, and supplychain
    • Actively seek opportunities to developskills and knowledge in preparation for a substantive role withinthe business
    • Engaging with thebusiness' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)requirements

    TheCandidate

    • Achieved or beon track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Mechanical or ElectricalEngineering
