    What you will be doing:

    • Reservation Management: Receive andprocess hotel reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.Ensure accuracy in guest information, stay details, and specialrequests. Utilize the hotel's reservation system to managebookings efficiently.
    • Customer Service: Providepersonalized assistance to guests, addressing inquiries, andresolving concerns promptly. Offer information about hotelservices, amenities, and policies to enhance the guest experience.Handle guest feedback and communicate effectively with other hoteldepartments to address guest needs.
    • Sales andUpselling: Promote additional services, upgrades, and amenities tomaximize revenue. Recognize opportunities to upsell and contributeto achieving sales targets.
    • Communication:Maintain clear and professional communication with guests,colleagues, and other departments. Coordinate with housekeeping,front desk, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth check-ins andcheck-outs.
    • Administrative Tasks: Keep accuraterecords of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows. Generatereports as needed for management and other departments. Stayinformed about current promotions, packages, anddiscounts.
    • Problem Resolution: Address andresolve any issues related to reservations, ensuring guestsatisfaction.Collaborate with other staff members to find solutionsto challenges that may arise.

    Qualifications

    Yourexperience and skills include:

    • Previous experience in hotelreservations or a similar customer service role ispreferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written.
    • Familiarity with hotelreservation systems and software.
    • Strongattention to detail and organizationalabilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure andhandle multiple taskssimultaneously.
    • Customer-focused with acommitment to providing exceptionalservice.
    • Knowledge of the local area,attractions, and events is anadvantage.
    • Additional education or training inhospitality or a related field is aplus.
