    Description

    What you will do in thisrole

    As a Trainer on our team, youwill:

    • Conduct evaluations and coachingsessions weekly, focusing on communicationmisses
    • Monitor and track agent performance inKPIs linked to and driven by communication skills on a weekly andmonthly basis to measure improvement and identify further coachingneeds
    • Conduct training needs analysis andprepare monthly refresher training on critical communicationpieces
    • Design and develop training materialsand curricula
    • Do other related duties assignedas needed
    • Do minimum 1 refresher training permonth on critical communicationpieces

    Yourqualifications

    Concentrix +Webhelp is a great match if you:

    • Areproficient or bilingual in English
    • Have atleast 1 year experience in a similar position (BPOpreferred)
    • Are open-minded and eager to learnnew things

    Itwill be a plus if you have:

    • BPO experience inFintech
