    Description
    • Manages routine daily claimsadministration work.
    • Coordinates work flow& meet deadlines.
    • Evaluates claims withregards to eligibility.
    • InternationalPreauthorization.
    • Attends calls and e-mailsfrom insurance companies, clients, andproviders.
    • Makes suggestions to improveservice.
    • Increases efficiency, minimizeserrors, and administration time.
    • Coordinateswith different departments within thecompany.
    • Reports errors whendetected.

    BehavioralRequirements

    • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills. Must have the ability to communicatesensitively and effectively with claims department and otherdepartments having regards for the strict need forconfidentiality.
    • Show flexibility, excellentinterpersonal skills.
    • TeamPlayer.
    • Knowledge of overall insurance industrypractices is a plus; the ability to exercise initiatives and beable to work flexibly under pressure and to tightdeadlines.
    • Experience of working with seniormanagers and understanding the necessity to act in a pleasant andcourteous manner and to be able to work effectively withothers.
    • To be capable of respondingdiplomatically to pressures and problems showing a calm approach toworking towards deadlines and always able to show an innovative andcreative approach to work.
    • Ability to work wellwith all levels of internal management and staff, as well asoutside clients and users.
    • Flexible and abilityto work shift .
