    Description
    Looking for a Telesales executive for our client in Dubai

    Responsibilities :
    • Gathering the data from internal and external sources and calling the lead prospects.
    • Scrutinizing the data based on the conversation in calls and identifying the potential buyers.
    • Ensuring the sales Teams are visiting the customers regularly.
    • Coordinating with the sales team to make direct contact with potential customers.
    • Inviting the customers to property tour visits and any other customer-related events.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills and convincing power.
    • Handling the outbound calls, and solving queries.
    • Operating telephonic equipment, automatic dialling system and other telecommunicational technologies.
    • Attending the sales training and property tours to assist the buyers.
    • Good listening skills to understand the needs of the customers.
    • Target Based.

    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Minimum of 1 year UAE experience in tele-sales or online sales.
    • Malayalam speaking will be an advantage.
