POSITIONSUMMARY
Inspect repair and maintain HVAC air quality control andrefrigeration equipment. Maintain and conduct daily inspections ofthe mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature.
Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate allcontrols gauges meters and other equipment. Assemble install testrepair and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring.
Assemble install and maintain pipe assemblies fittings valves etc.
Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
Follow all company andsafety and security policies and procedures; report maintenanceproblems safety hazards accidents or injuries; and complete safetytraining and certifications.
Ensure uniform and personal appearanceare clean and professional maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge allguests according to company standards and anticipate and addressguests service needs. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language. Develop and maintain positive workingrelationships with others and listen and respond appropriately tothe concerns of other employees.Ensure adherence to qualityexpectations and standards; and identify recommend develop andimplement new ways to increase organizational efficiencyproductivity quality safety and/or costsavings.
Reach overhead andbelow the knees. Move in confined or elevated spaces. Move oversloping uneven or slippery surfaces. Move up and down stairsservice ramps and/or a ladder. Grasp turn and manipulate objects ofvarying size and weight. Assist with moving lifting carrying andplacing of objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds. Move liftcarry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50pounds without assistance.
