    Company Description:
    Our client is one of the leading luxury real estate developers in Dubai. They are looking to hire an Associate Development Director to join their growing team.


    Role Description:


    Support the Development Director in identifying and evaluating real estate development opportunities in Dubai, including land acquisition, redevelopment, and new construction projects.

    Assist in conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling to assess the viability of development projects.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to develop comprehensive project plans and ensure alignment with project objectives.

    Assist in managing project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, monitoring costs, revenues, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
    Coordinate the design, planning, and construction phases of development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

    Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding the interests of the project and the organization.

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the Dubai real estate market.
    Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, investors, and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and performance metrics.

    Assist in fostering relationships with key stakeholders and community members, addressing concerns, and promoting transparency and collaboration throughout the development process.

    Support the implementation of sustainable building practices and environmental initiatives in real estate development projects.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

    Proven experience (8+ years) in real estate development, project management, or a related field in the UAEStrong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    Solid understanding of real estate development processes, including zoning regulations, permitting requirements, and construction practices in Dubai.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    Sound financial acumen with the ability to assist in managing project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of sustainable building practices and environmental regulations.
    Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) are desirable.
