    Job Title: Chief Financial Officer(CFO) / Head of Finance

With a focus on delivering exceptional value to ourclients we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ChiefFinancial Officer (CFO) or Head of Finance to lead the financialstrategy and management for both our brokerage firms anddevelopment arm.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Financial Strategyand Planning:
      • Develop and implementcomprehensive financial strategies aligned with the overallbusiness objectives of The Luxury Real Estate Scorpion PropertyReal Estate Brokerage and AMISProperties.
      • Provide strategic financialguidance to the executive leadershipteam.
    • Financial Reportingand Analysis:
      • Oversee the preparation ofaccurate and timely financial reports statements and analyses forinternal and external stakeholders.
      • Conductregular financial reviews to assess performance against financialgoals.
    • Budgeting andForecasting:
      • Lead the budgeting and forecastingprocesses for all entities within the real estategroup.
      • Monitor budget variances and providestrategicrecommendations.
    • Taxationand VAT Compliance (specific to UAE):
      • Stayabreast of UAE taxation laws and regulations ensuring the realestate groups compliance with all applicable tax and VATrequirements.
      • Collaborate with tax consultantsto optimize the tax structure and minimizeliabilities.
    • RiskManagement:
      • Identify and assess financial risksimplementing effective risk mitigationstrategies.
      • Ensure compliance with relevantfinancial regulations taxation and VAT standards specific to theUAE.
    • Cash FlowManagement:
      • Manage cash flow and liquidity tosupport operational requirements.
      • Optimizeworking capital and treasuryfunctions.
    • TeamLeadership:
      • Lead and mentor a highperformingfinance team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation andexcellence.
      • Manage finance professionals acrossmultipleentities.
    • FinancialDecision Support:
      • Provide financial insights tosupport decisionmaking processes across theorganization.
      • Collaborate with operationalleaders to enhance financialperformance.
    • Mergers andAcquisitions (M&A):
      • Play a key role inevaluating potential mergers acquisitions or strategicpartnerships.
      • Oversee financial due diligencefor any potentialtransactions.

    Qualificationsand Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting Business or a related field; MBA or relevantprofessional certification (e.g. CA CPA CFA) is aplus.
    • Proven experience as a senior financialleadership role within the real estateindustry.
    • Strong knowledge of real estatefinance brokerage property development and UAE taxation/VATregulations.
    • Exceptional analytical strategicthinking and problemsolvingskills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead anddevelop a highperforming financeteam.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Proficiency in financial managementsoftware and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
